1. It is strictly prohibited to splash conductive liquid (such as water) from the air inlet at the top of the ultrasonic control cabinet. Otherwise, it will cause serious damage to the circuit system of the cleaning machine.
2. Pay attention to keeping the machine clean and turn off the power when not in use.
3. Avoid collision or severe vibration to the machine.
4. Keep away from heat sources.
5. The machine should avoid being stored in a humid environment.
6. The continuous working time of the machine shall not exceed 4 hours. If the continuous working time is too long: the ultrasonic adjustment knob should be rotated to the "0" position;
Let the cooling fan continue to work to dissipate heat in the ultrasonic control cabinet for at least 2 minutes when the ultrasonic cleaning is not started.
7. For cleaning machines that have been running for a long time, before shutting down, you should first adjust the power knob to zero, use its fan to work for another 3-6 minutes and then shut down to allow the internal heat of the power supply to dissipate.
8. The cleaning fluid should be sedimented, filtered or replaced in time to ensure the cleaning effect.
In order for the system cleaning machine to work normally for a long time, in addition to avoiding irregular operations, it is also necessary to perform regular maintenance on the cleaning machine and do the following tasks:
① Clean the contaminated cleaning fluid from the fuel storage tank regularly.
② Let the oil pump run regularly, at least 10mm each time.
③After using the cleaning machine, cover it with a cover to prevent dust and moisture.
Routine maintenance - after every operation
Flush the hose and filter leading to the detergent to remove any detergent residue to help prevent corrosion.
Turn off the water supply connected to the pressure washer.
Pulling the trigger on the servo spray gun lever relieves all pressure from the hose.
Remove the rubber hose and high pressure hose from the pressure washer
Cut the spark plug connecting wire to ensure that the engine will not start (for engine models).
Electric type:
Turn the power switch to the "on" and "off" positions four to five times for 1-3 seconds each time to clear the water from the pump. This step will help protect the pump from damage.
Engine type:
Slowly pull the engine's starter cord 5 times to clear the water from the pump. This step will help protect the pump from damage.
Regular maintenance - once every 2 months
Regularly removing fuel deposits from the fuel tank will extend engine life and performance. Fuel deposits can cause damage to fuel lines, fuel filters and carburetors.
Use a protective kit to protect your pressure washer when it is not in use.
