What are the types of vacuum pumps inside Vacuum fully enclosed cleaning machines and their performance characteristics?

The vacuum pump inside the Vacuum fully enclosed cleaning machine is the core component to ensure its efficient operation. Among them, different types of vacuum pumps each have their own unique performance characteristics.

In Vacuum fully enclosed cleaning machines, common vacuum pump types include oil-sealed vacuum pumps and dry vacuum pumps. Oil-sealed vacuum pumps, such as rotary vane vacuum pumps, use oil to seal, lubricate and cool down to achieve efficient air extraction. The rotary vane vacuum pump uses the rotor to rotate in the pump chamber to drive the space formed between the rotary vane and the inner wall of the pump chamber to continuously change, thereby achieving the purpose of pumping air. This kind of pump has the advantages of simple structure, large air pumping capacity, and low noise. However, it should be noted that due to the use of oil as the sealing medium, it may cause certain pollution to the objects being cleaned.

Another common vacuum pump type is a dry vacuum pump. Dry vacuum pumps do not require the use of oil or other liquids as sealing media, so they do not cause pollution to the environment. The screw vacuum pump is a type of dry vacuum pump. It has the characteristics of continuous and uniform axial flow, small pulsation, and low internal speed. It is suitable for many occasions where liquid mixing and rotation are not allowed. In addition, dry vacuum pumps also have the ability to pump solid particles, moisture or flammable and explosive gases, which gives them unique advantages when dealing with special gases.

When selecting a vacuum pump, comprehensive considerations need to be made based on the specific needs of the cleaning machine and the use environment. For example, if the object being cleaned is sensitive to oil contamination, a dry vacuum pump should be selected; if a large air extraction capacity and low noise are required, a rotary vane vacuum pump may be a better choice. At the same time, in order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the cleaning machine, regular maintenance and upkeep of the vacuum pump is also required.
